Program Rules

These rules apply to the Great Membership and Referral programs. If these rules conflict with our Terms of Service, the Terms control.

The programs offer membership benefits and free lesson credits. Credit pack purchases will open soon. Billing is not live yet.

Great Membership

Great Membership for Tutors

Eligibility. Sign up as a tutor and complete your profile before December 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (New York time). Both steps must be completed before the deadline.

Benefits. Eligible tutors receive Great Membership and 10 free starting lesson credits. Tutors who join after that deadline receive 3 free starting lesson credits once, without annual renewal. Starting credits are granted once per account and do not expire. The account is free until the free credits are used.

Annual Renewal. Great Members receive 10 more lesson credits every August 1 while their account is active, or at their first reactivation if inactive on August 1. Unused renewal credits do not roll over.

Program Changes. We may change the Great Membership program with notice.

Personal Benefits. Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may remove them for Terms violations or false information.

Great Membership for Families

Eligibility. Families must sign up and confirm their email before December 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (New York time). Both steps must be completed before the deadline.

Administrators may grant permanent Great Membership to eligible parents with a recorded reason. It has the same coupon and early booking eligibility as earned membership. Extensions do not recalculate previous benefits.

Benefits. Members receive early booking for January 2027 courses before public enrollment, at launch prices; 10 coupons each membership year, made up of five 5% off coupons and five 10% off coupons, valid on group classes and courses only, not private lessons; and priority registration for free review sessions and courses.

Membership Year. The membership year runs August 1 to July 31. The first set of coupons is valid until July 31, 2027. A new set of 10 is added every August 1 while the account is active. Unused coupons expire on July 31 and do not carry over.

Using Coupons. Coupons appear in the parent's account and are applied at checkout.

Discount Rules. One coupon per booking. If a booking qualifies for more than one discount, such as a membership coupon and an organization coupon, only the larger discount applies; the other stays available for another booking. Discounts cannot be combined. Organization coupons are valid for 3 months from issue.

Membership Rules. Membership is free, personal and non-transferable. We may remove membership for violations of our Terms. We may change the program with notice. Existing members keep their benefits after the sign-up window closes, subject to these rules.

Referral Program

Who Can Refer. Only tutor accounts can refer new users through their personal referral link. Learning centers and nonprofit centers cannot be referrers. Tutors can refer tutors and learning centers.

Referral Credit. A referral is recorded only when the new account is created through your link. The referrer cannot be changed later.

Qualification. A referred tutor must complete and submit a profile, receive admin approval, and verify their phone number. If phone verification is temporarily unavailable, referred tutors stay pending until it is available and completed. A referred learning center must complete its profile and receive admin approval.

Restrictions. No self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fake accounts. A referred account cannot use an email address or phone number that belongs to you or was used by another account.

Lesson Credit Rewards. Each qualified referred tutor earns the referrer 1 free lesson credit. Each qualified referred learning center earns the referrer 5 free lesson credits.

Using Credits. Each Request a tutor accepts uses one lesson credit. Receiving a Request costs nothing. A single Request can use at most 2 credits in total, such as when a parent reopens it and another tutor accepts. If a parent declines after acceptance, the credit stays used. There is no refund.

Credit Rules. Credits never expire. They are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred or withdrawn. Unused credits are lost if the account is deleted. We review exceptions for spam, fraud or a platform error. Contact legal@usagreattutors.com to request a review.

Voided Referrals. If a referral is voided, its unused reward credits are removed. Used credits are not taken back. We send an email notice.

Responsible Sharing. Do not spam, send unsolicited texts, make misleading claims, or run paid ads using our name or brand.

Program Changes and Taxes. We may change or end the program. Earned credit will be honored under these rules. Recipients are responsible for any taxes.
